To make this wine we have returned to the natural processes used in the past. The fields are fertilised with sheep manure and no systemic products are used during the growth cycle.
The grapes are picked manually in 15-kilogram baskets to ensure the clusters will arrive intact at the crush pad. There, they are sorted manually and any berries that are overripe or may be damaged are removed. The result is a different wine with a unique personality.
Located in Navarre´s westernmost area, with clay soils of marine origin, an average annual rainfall of 600 mm and an average annual temperature of 12 ºC, the estate produces unique wines.
Limited edition of 25,135 numbered bottles.
