  • ELABORATION: It has been developed by a selection of the best red grapes from our vineyards located in Tierra Estella. Once the clusters are destemmed proceeds to crushed beans, and then perform the mashing wort skin once acquires raspberry proceeds to bleeding wort. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. It is bottled after clarification and filtration
  • TASTING NOTES: Its intense raspberry-pink is achieved through a light maceration of the must with the skins and its powerful floral aroma is preserved by fermenting the must at 15 ºC. The result is an exceptional rosÉ of unique personality, lovely nuances and impeccable presentation
