100% GARNACHA Made according to traditional Navarrese methods, using the free-run must of the area´s best Garnacha grapes.
TASTING NOTES: Its intense raspberry-pink is achieved through a light maceration of the must with the skins and its powerful floral aroma is preserved by fermenting the must at 15 ºC. The result is an exceptional rosÉ of unique personality, lovely nuances and impeccable presentation.
PAIRING RECOMMENDATIONS: An excellent choice to accompany fish, appetisers and all sorts of Mediterranean cuisine.
